We are very pleased to announce that we have new Traineeship vacancies available at our manufacturing facility in Wick. 

We are investing in the future workforce by developing skills within the fields of CAD design, order purchase, order process and customer service. 

These trainee positions are all office-based with a salary banding of £18K-£24K per annum (after training).  Some of our previous trainees have already secured full-time employment with Ashley Ann. 

Our in-house training consists of a programme, where on completion, you will have a full set of vocational indentures with one of the UK’s leading kitchen manufacturers. Support is provided by our experienced department managers and a dedicated HR team, who will manage your training and development plan.

Ashley Ann’s benefits package includes a bonus, workwear, on-site canteen, six weeks of annual leave, minibus transport from Thurso (dependant on availability of seats.) 

Hourly rate is dependent on age. Trainees have a reduced working week of Monday-Friday from 08.00 to 16.00.
