We are delighted to report that our S2 netball team performed superbly against tough opposition earlier this month. The girls (pictured below) played Thurso High School in a close game, losing by a single point, 18-19. They responded in their next game, however, defeating Gordonstoun 15-6.

The girls have now qualified for the Silver knock-out competition and will hear next month who their first round opponents will be.

In other superb news eight of the school’s netball players have been successful in being selected for the second round of North of Scotland trials. Kianna Bremner, Katie Cass, Jodie Cormack, Eilidh Fleming, Ellie Harper, Julia Krzeszewska, Gina MacDonald and Lauren Mackenzie will all progress to the next round of selection where the final North of Scotland team will be picked. Congratulations to all concerned; a superb achievement.
