S2 Computing Students Excel in National Challenge
This year, S2 Computing Science pupils took part in the BEBRAS UK Challenge. The challenge aims to introduce computational thinking to students and is designed to get students all over the world excited about Computing.
The students had to complete a series of puzzles over a set period of time and were measured on the accuracy and speed of their answers. We were delighted to have over 120 pupils take part with each of them receiving a certificate. It was also fantastic to see that we had six pupils receive a Gold Award for being in the top 10% across the UK. A huge well done should go to Aiden Newlands who was awarded the Best in School.
