Have Your Say On Additional Support Needs (ASN)

On Monday 11th November a parental engagement session on the subject of Additional Support Needs will be held by Highland Council in Wick High School.

The session will begin at 6pm in the main hall and is an opportunity for you as a parent/guardian to listen to council representatives on the subject of how pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN) are supported in the school and to give your own opinions to the council.

If your child has ever had an additional support need you should have received a letter from the council to formally invite you to the event. The evening is open to all so even if you have not received an invitation and you would like to listen to what is said, or to give your own opinion on the model of support in your child’s school, you are more than welcome to attend.
