Special Diets Information Form
In order to make sure that we hold up to date information regarding pupils who have special dietary requirements, or who have food allergies, could we please direct you to a form issued by Highland Council to record such information.
We would kindly ask that this form is completed and returned to the school office so that we may update our records.
