We are delighted to announce that we are running an exciting football trip to Madrid in 2027! Dates for this trip are to be confirmed but we anticipate that it will be held in the first week of the Easter holiday next year which starts on Friday 26th March 2027.
As part of the trip, pupils will enjoy four nights in the city and will tour Real Madrid’s Bernabeu Stadium as well as Atletico Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium. Pupils will also experience two training sessions with Real Madrid coaches. Finally there will be sightseeing in the city, a visit to the Warner Theme Park and to the football museum, Legends: The Home of Football. We also hope to attend a football fixture in Madrid but we cannot confirm this yet as the La Liga and European fixtures for next season are to be confirmed.
We are offering the trip to senior pupils (S4,5,6) first with any remaining places being offered to year groups from S3 downwards. The reason for this is that we hope to have this trip run every two or three years which gives current junior pupils the opportunity to go next time.
The price, per pupil, is set provisionally at £1279 – £1349 depending on the finalised itinerary.
We will be using a payment plan, shown below, to make the cost a little more manageable.
