We would like to take this opportunity to pass on some information regarding SQA results being published on Tuesday 4th August.

All senior pupils in the school should have been emailed an information letter to their school email accounts (name@wickhigh.org.uk) which outlines the procedures going forward. A copy of the letter published in July can also be found below as well as a results flow chart for use on the 4th:

New SQA chatbot – Sam 

The SQA have also created a chatbot – called Sam – to answer common candidate questions on 2020 results. A chatbot is a web application designed to interact with customers and answer their enquiries quickly without the need for a telephone call or an email. 

Sam can answer your students’ questions on 2020 results, their certificates, and the appeals process. 

Currently, Sam is only available on some pages while we continue to test and improve it.
