Recently the Senior Travel & Tourism class were presented with their certificates for completing their World Host training by Ellie Lamont of MacKay’s Hotel.

The pupils (pictured below) completed the day long course, which focuses on customer service skills, in November with Ellie and enjoyed being able to get tips from somebody working locally in the Hospitality trade. This certificate will go towards the pupils’ coursework as we near completion on their Skills for Work Course this session. Well done to them all.
