Careers In Health & Teenage Cancer Trust Events In Our New Hall
We were delighted to hold two pupil information events in our new school hall on Wednesday this week.
The Teenage Cancer Trust regularly visit the school to highlight this important issue to our S2 pupils. Their representative Alana Robinson delivered a superb presentation to the year group.
This was followed in the afternoon by Dr Jenny Sinclair, a former pupil of our school, who very kindly organised a number of medical professionals from Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Nursing and Radiography to deliver workshops to our S3 pupils in order to give them a taste of these careers as they enter the Senior Phase of their education. Again, this was a superbly run event which was of great benefit to our young people.
