We are pleased to announce that Mr Sebastian Sandecki, who has been serving as the Acting Rector of the school since 2020, has been appointed to the full time position of Rector after a successful interview, yesterday.

Mr Sandecki said: “Having been acting Rector since 2020, I am delighted to be appointed as the permanent Rector of Wick High School. I would like to thank the pupils, staff and parents/carers for all of their support over what has been an immensely challenging time considering the pandemic and our recent HMIe inspection. I look foward to leading the school in the years to come and building successful learning community for all of our young people.”
