As you may be aware we currently have a group of pupils in Germany as part of a school trip which will also see our staff and students visit Poland.
Mr Tillier and Miss Morrison have been sending updates on the progress of the trip as well as some excellent photos, shown below.
We will try to post as many of these as they arrive on this site so that you have share in the experiences of the students abroad.
Day One
Mr Tillier writes:
Pupils and teaching colleagues got off to a flying start yesterday as we arrived in vaguely sunny Berlin. Pupils headed for lunch at the Checkpoint Charlie area where some of the lads made rather questionable fashion choices.
Pupils also spent some time at the Topography of Terror where they got some experience of Nazi atrocities. At night the group’s headed round the city for a whirlwind tour taking in sites like the Brandenberg Gate, the Reichstag and Hitler’s “Bunker”.
