Tuesday (tomorrow) and Wednesday of this week are our Primary 7 induction days. As always, were are looking forward to meeting the next generation of Wick High School pupils and helping them to settle in to their new school.

Pupils will be asked to gather in the Main Hall at 9 am where they will be welcomed by members of the school’s Senior Management Team, Guidance Team and their registration teachers.

Pupils will follow their timetables for the two days, experiencing the wide range of subjects offered to them in S1, as well as having the chance to learn how to access the school’s ‘Cashless Canteen’. Below is a short, (and very dramatic), training video made by some of our pupils last year to explain how the system works. This will be shown top pupils tomorrow morning and the system will also be explained by members of staff before morning interval.

Also, a parents’ introduction evening will be held on Tuesday 9th June in the main hall starting at 7pm. Members of the Senior Management Team and Guidance Team will be in attendance to provide information on the school and to answer any questions that you may have.
